TRUE SACRAFICE

This week I performed my duty as a Juror. The court had to go through about 500 potential jurors just to get 50 who were willing to serve the 2 weeks needed for the duration of the murder trial.
Out of frustration, the Judge gave a little speech about the nature of sacrafice; he gave props to the soldiers serving in Iraq; it was quite moving.
(Note to self : It is very easy to be a back seat driver and criticize, that is the easy and cynical thing to do)
There are people who are making real sacrafices on a daily basis. To believe in something bigger than yourself and to be willing to sacrafice your life for it; even though I might not agree with the cause, I admire their determination. Sulute.
